Cheryl Blossom in aqua dress

Hit my Maxim issues for the reference for this pose, but I took a lot of liberties with hair and the outfit. I still suck at drawing hands, and I made the calves too narrow, so you can tell I didn't trace this... *sniffle sob* Okay. My proportions are off by a tad...

It's Cheryl Blossom. Still keeping with the slightly Farrah-ish hair. Used my brush tool in Sai to give it some texture.
